**About the Role**
As an AIN, you will provide compassionate support to seniors in their homes, helping them maintain independence and live with dignity and comfort.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
- Preparing meals and administering medication
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients with light household tasks
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
- Delivering care to both male and female participants
- Supporting individuals with dementia and behavioural needs

We have opportunities available across the South West Sydney region, including:
- Bankstown area: Bankstown, Revesby, Panania, Picnic Point, Georges Hall
- Liverpool-Holsworthy corridor: Moorebank, Hammondville, Wattle Grove
- Fairfield district: Fairfield, Smithfield, Bossley Park, Bonnyrigg, Wetherill Park
- Cabramatta and surrounding suburbs
- Camden and Campbelltown
**What We’re Looking For**
- A caring and empathetic nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with participants from diverse backgrounds
- Experience supporting individuals with dementia and behavioural needs
- Experience in aged care or home care (preferred)
- Certificate III in Individual Support - Aged Care (preferred)
**Requirements**:
- Current and valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a fully insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Cleared National Criminal History Check
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Smartphone (for rostering app access)
