Evolve Talent is excited to be partnering with a leading logistics operator with national reach, in search of their next HSE cadet This two-year Cadetship offers a structured development program combining hands-on industry experience with professional training in safety and logistics.
The role
Support HSE operations, build safety knowledge, and maintain compliance. Report to HSE team and collaborate with operational staff.
Key Duties: * Support safety inspections and audits
* Assist in hazard identification and risk management
* Prepare reports and maintain HSE documentation
* Liaise with stakeholders on safety initiatives
* Participate in professional development and training To be successful you must bring:
* Full working rights in Australia
* Ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
* Strong awareness of workplace health, safety, and risk management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong administrative and reporting skills
* Resilience, adaptability, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Willingness to learn and undertake professional development and training
* Interest in pursuing a career in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
