The Role

Sales Representative - Mobile Showroom (Full‐time, based in Osborne Park, WA). The role involves travelling to customer locations in a state‐of‐the‐art mobile showroom van to showcase our premium range of flooring products, measure and quote, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Travel to customer sites to measure, quote, and demonstrate our extensive flooring collection.
* Consult with customers to understand their requirements and recommend the best products.
* Provide expert advice on product features, benefits and installation requirements.
* Drive new business through disciplined cold calling and follow‐up with builders.
* Engage regularly with existing building & construction industry networks to secure new projects and drive revenue growth.
* Generate sales leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
* Coordinate with warehouse, installation and customer service teams to ensure high‐quality installation outcomes.
* Maintain accurate administration across all systems, including appointments, leads, quotes and sales activity.
* Stay up to date with product knowledge, installation methods and market trends through ongoing training and supplier engagement.
Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within construction, trade services or interior design industries.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
* A passion for premium products and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills to efficiently manage customer appointments.
* A clean driving licence and confidence to operate a mobile showroom.
* Flooring experience is advantageous but not essential; we provide extensive training.
