We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Officer to join our Darwin team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of a hot desk focused on high-level permanent, government, and civil sector recruitment. This role is client-facing and people-focused.
You'll manage end-to-end recruitment, service government panels, build new business opportunities, and play a key part in RED's growth. What's in it for You

Do Manage end-to-end recruitment for white collar permanent, temporary, and government roles Build strong networks and talent pools in civil, construction, and professional services
Grow client accounts and identify new business opportunities Represent RED at networking events and in the market Maintain high service levels through regular client contact and site visits
What You'll Bring Previous recruitment experience, ideally across high-level permanent and/or government roles
Knowledge of civil and construction recruitment markets (highly regarded) Strong track record in meeting KPIs and managing a hot desk Excellent client relationship management and business development skills
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Organisational ability to prioritise and multi-task under pressure Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident Valid driver's licence and reliable transport Our Culture
