Lafin Group Australia is looking for a skilled Credit Analyst to join our young, dynamic team in our HCMC office. This role suits someone detail oriented who can assess and submit loan applications for both home loans and commercial loans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct financial statement analysis and assess credit applications for new loans, refinancing, and due diligence
* Assess credit risks and prepare recommendations for clients
* Work with brokers to structure applications to meet lender requirements
* Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and solicitors to finalise applications
* Manage loan applications from submission to settlement to ensure smooth outcomes
Daily Tasks Include:
* Verifying documents such as bank statements, payslips, and IDs
* Checking lender policies to ensure compliance
* Managing applications through the entire process until settlement
* Communicating with clients for follow-ups, clarifications, and recommendations.
* Coordinating with third parties to finalise applications
* Working with the support team to ensure efficient loan processing
Job Requirements – Essential Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent written and spoken English (IELTS in all bands minimum)
* Strong written and spoken Vietnamese
* Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple files and deadlines
* Analytical thinking and problem solving
* Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing client documents
* Good computer skills and experience with office software
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in mortgage lending (home loans)
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce from a reputable university
* Experience in an overseas or English speaking environment is preferred but not required
