**About the Role**

As Market Risk Reporting Analyst, you will be part of a small 2LOD team responsible for the reporting, oversight and challenge of BOQ's market risk exposures, market risk model validation and the functional ownership of market risk policies at BOQ Group.
You will support the team by developing insights and identify trends in the key drivers of risk and P&L, all in order to enable informed decision making by the team and broader business. You will also build, maintain and take ownership of management reporting, that assists the team in understanding movements and trends and identifies potential hazards associated with risk in the trading book.
**About you**
You'll join us with a keen interest in Market Risk, Treasury, Financial Markets or Product Control. You have strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills that allow you to develop excellent models and insights. You enjoy making sure data is correct, take pride in your work, and have high attention to detail, which enables you to consistently produce high quality and accurate work.
You have strong awareness of and interest in what is happening in financial markets, as well as ideally hold a bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, mathematics, economics, or other related field. You also have advanced excel skills and VBA writing ability.
