Reporting into the Venue Manager, step into the spotlight as Restaurant Manager at HYDE Perth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the driving force behind our restaurant operations - balancing the numbers with the vibes, leading a passionate team, and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.
Responsibilities 
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a high-performing team that lives and breathes HYDE values.
- Lead daily operations across the restaurant and bars in collaboration with the Bar Manager to ensure smooth operations and delivery of highest guest experience.
- Ensuring full and up-to-date compliance, from liquor licensing to health and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit required reports on time, including POS reconciliation, payroll, inventory, revenue, team member schedules, and action plans.
Qualifications 
- 5+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or supervisory level in a high-energy restaurant. Hotel restaurant experience is a plus.
- Previous experience being part of a pre-opening team in a restaurant is advantageous.
- Natural people leader with warmth, empathy, and confidence.
- Calm under pressure with solid problem-solving skills and able to think on your feet.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to partner effectively across departments.
- A commitment to the highest standards of customer service balanced with genuine passion for hospitality.
