Our organization is seeking a skilled Senior Pharmacist to join our team.
This is a part-time role with four days of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of our hospital pharmacy services at Greenwich and Neringah Hospitals, as well as other health and hospital sites if required.
1. The primary function of this position is to provide high-quality pharmacy services to patients and staff:
* Distribution - Accurate and timely provision of medications for inpatients, outpatients, and discharge
* Clinical - Provision of clinical pharmacy services to ensure the safe and effective use of medications by patients and staff
* Education - Provision of education to patients and other staff about medication
* Research and training - Participation in research and training to improve knowledge and use of medications
Essential qualifications include registration with AHPRA and recent experience in hospital pharmacy practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience with iPharmacy software.
