Working with the project delivery team in the Facilities Management Division, the Project Officer - Minor Works will find permanent employment in a supportive team with an established and inclusive university.
This position will be responsible for delivery of Capital Projects - Minor Works, ensuring the provision of excellent services to all campus users. They will manage the delivery of minor capital works projects from concept to the end of the DLP over a wide variety of disciplines.
The successful incumbent will be confident in developing and maintaining working relationships with team members, stakeholders and sub-contractors as they plan and perform daily works to ensure job priorities are met. You will be experienced in capital works project delivery and writing technical reports with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
