Chief Executive Officer Role
The role of Chief Executive Officer is a highly impactful position for an executive with deep experience in wholesale/manufacturing and a demonstrated ability to transform organisations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation, professionalising operations, and leading ambitious expansion through mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
To achieve this goal, the CEO will own and execute the business strategy to achieve ambitious expansion targets. This includes:
* Digital Transformation: Lead the adoption of new technologies and integrate sustainability into core business practices.
* Operational Excellence: Champion continuous improvement across manufacturing and logistics, set and monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure robust governance and industry compliance.
* Culture & People: Foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performance culture. Oversee leadership talent development, recruitment, and professional growth across the organisation.
* M&A & Finance: Lead mergers and acquisitions as the primary growth mechanism, and co-develop the financial strategy with the owners.
* Strategic Leadership: Act as the company's primary spokesperson, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and the Board.
