QHSE Advisor - Job Summary

This role is based in East Coast of Australia and supports numerous projects across Queensland. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional QHSE Manager and the greater team to develop and implement QHSE strategies, systems, and ensure best practice performance and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in WHS / HSE or equivalent and a working knowledge and understanding of QHSE legislation and requirements. They will also have experience within the energy, resources, and infrastructure sectors and be able to work effectively across corporate and operational QHSE functions and responsibilities.
We are seeking a passionate QHSE professional who is a leader with excellent written and communication skills and ability to motivate and influence others.
Job Requirements:
* Certificate IV in WHS / HSE or equivalent
* Working knowledge and understanding of QHSE legislation and requirements
* Experience / Exposure within the energy, resources, and infrastructure sectors
* Ability to work effectively across corporate and operational QHSE functions and responsibilities
* Leader with excellent written and communication skills and ability to motivate and influence others
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement QHSE strategies, systems, and ensure best practice performance and outcomes
2. Work closely with the Regional QHSE Manager and the greater team
3. Provide expertise, advice, leadership, and accountability to enhance the success of our business and projects
