Operations Executive Lead
The successful candidate will oversee daily activities across various functions in Australia, managing the AU Warehouse with 25-35 FTEs and ensuring all orders are dispatched to domestic and international customers on time.
They will be the main contact for Head of Global Customer Care regarding day-to-day operations in our Australian Customer Care Center and responsible for logistics transportation including primary distribution partners Australian Post, UPS, and FedEx.
Main Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the efficient management of global operational activities impacting Australia.
* Improving systems and processes to strive for continuous improvement.
* Ensuring effective communication with the Supply Chain management team.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience as a Warehouse or Customer Care Operations Manager in a similar environment.
* A background in EHS or OSCH qualification is preferred.
* Experience working with parcel carriers is a differentiator.
* Experience of leading, motivating, and coaching a team is essential.
