Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Superannuation Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing end-to-end superannuation processing tasks, including contributions, rollovers, benefit payments, and compliance reporting.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Australian superannuation legislation, with a focus on compliance and reporting obligations. They will also be experienced in working with Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs), handling contributions, pensions, and member balances.


Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end superannuation processing tasks, including contributions, rollovers, benefit payments, and compliance reporting.
* Provide technical support and subject matter expertise on superannuation regulations, particularly in relation to SMSFs and employer obligations.
* Prepare and review documentation for lodgements, compliance checks, and audits (e.g., TBARs, pension commencements, minimum pension reviews).
* Collaborate with accountants, auditors, and compliance teams to ensure seamless data flow and process integrity.
* Monitor regulatory developments from the ATO, ASIC, and Treasury, and contribute to internal updates and process enhancements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across superannuation platforms.
* Assist with year-end processing and fund reviews, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in superannuation administration, technical services, or fund operations.
* Strong attention to detail, process-orientation, and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information.
* Strong organisational and documentation skills.
* High level of compliance awareness and risk management.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret regulatory updates.
* Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
