The role is accountable at an advanced practice level for the design, implementation, assessment and evaluation of our Aged Care education programs.
You will manage educational resources and provide expertise related to educational issues, supporting strategic priorities of Aged Care Services within SWHHS.
The position predominantly plans, monitors and organizes delivery of identified education to all staff levels and reports to the Nursing Director, Nursing and Midwifery Education.
This role encourages a culture of development and enquiry, actively facilitating clinical, professional and organisational learning within a Supported Practice Framework.
