Office Administrator – Metering Western Power

Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Contracts Administration Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Efficiently schedule and coordinate work for field technicians ensuring optimal use of resources
* Proactively book appointments for field technicians, anticipating and addressing potential scheduling conflicts
* Use Excel for data analysis, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and generating reports with Pivot tables
* Be the first point of contact for all incoming phone and email enquiries- your warm, helpful nature sets the tone
* Assist with invoicing for clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
* Timesheet entry for field technicians and sub-contractors
* Support the skills and training compliance for field staff
* Contribute actively to team efforts in contract delivery
* Provide general administrative support duties and data entry
About you

* Previous experience in an administration role
