We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Hindmarsh.

About The Role
Managing customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Developing effective solutions to meet customer needs
Liaising with customers and drivers to coordinate transport services
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
Delivering high-quality customer service in line with company standards
Promoting a positive image of the company at all times
Maintaining a safe and compliant workplace in accordance with OHS policies
About You
Sound knowledge of the Greater Metro area
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A customer-centric and solution-focused approach
The ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
Excellent organisational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications
The ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure
A friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
