Senior HR Generalist Role
This is a senior level position in our Human Resources department. As the Global leader in sustainable buildings, we are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build effective relationships with management and employees to coach and influence business outcomes.
* Participate in Leadership meetings to develop and implement strategies and business plans.
* Partner with business managers on employment matters such as performance management and inquiries.
* Conduct investigations to manage and resolve violations or grievances.
* Identify talent and work on development and succession planning with the Leadership Team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Extensive experience as a HR Generalist with knowledge of Employee/Labour relations.
* Proven experience in business planning, performance management, and change management skills.
* Knowledge and experience with compensation & benefits, employment law, and labour relations.
* Superior communication, interpersonal, and prioritisation skills.
