This key position is entrusted with ensuring the safety and security of assigned residents while meeting operational targets. The Residence Operations Lead will take overall responsibility for implementing strategies for property management operations, adhering to established policies and procedures, and driving operational excellence.
The main responsibilities include:
* Safety Compliance: Ensuring safety protocols are in place and promoting a positive safety culture.
* Maintenance Standards: Maintaining 100% compliance and high maintenance standards across the property.
* Service Provider Management: Managing third-party service providers and overseeing maintenance activities.
* Financial Performance: Driving financial performance, sales, and revenue growth.
* Operational Mobilization: Leading continuous improvement and operational mobilization initiatives.
* On-Call Duties: Fulfilling on-call duties during emergencies and collaborating with other managers.
* Marketing Strategies: Developing marketing strategies to maximize revenue and attract new residents.
* Budgeting Processes: Contributing to budgeting processes and managing sales training programs.
* Enquiry Management: Managing enquiries, inventory, and relationships with partners.
