As the interim Financial Controller of this, US Private Equity backed Tech business you will lead and mentor a large transactional team, whilst driving innovation and process improvement. The Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the responsibilities of the role will include,
* Reporting the Group's results to Senior Finance Executives
* Providing business case and scenario analysis for business decision making
* Oversee monthly financial reporting and ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Review high risk GL accounts and manage to reduce risk
* Identify process improvement opportunities and implement
* Oversee and support transactional services team
* Leadership and management, developing individual performance objectives
* Recruitment and on-boarding
* Oversee internal and external Audit and liaison
About You
The successful applicant will have/be,
* CA or CPA qualified with experience in a similar role within a large complex environment
* Well developed leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities
* Proven Change Management experience
* Ability to drive and meet tight reporting deadlines
* Well developed stakeholder management and engagement
