Senior Occupational Therapist Role

* Manage a caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services that cater to the unique needs of each participant.
* Conduct thorough assessments of participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical functions, using standardised tools to inform treatment goals.
* Interpret assessment findings to develop tailored treatment plans that enhance quality of life and achieve desired outcomes.
* Deliver evidence-based interventions that empower participants to reach their full potential, while promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
* Mentor and support early career clinicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
* Stay abreast of legislative requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
