About Your Role:
You will take responsibility for overall project planning and scheduling on site, providing technical direction to ensure compliance with quality standards as a Site Manager at Unita.
We are seeking individuals interested in both permanent and contract opportunities. Please indicate your preference in your application.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organise and control the quality of day to day running of each project.
* Undertake daily site visits to ensure scope is completed and conduct WHS/Quality Checks.
* Manage site crew (including trades and sub-trades) to provide necessary resources.
* Coordinate timing and delivery of multiple trades across multiple projects.
* Complete status reports on projects, providing feedback to Project Managers.
* Educate employees on project site expectations.
* Maintain high communication and teamwork through direct communication and on-site meetings.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years working within commercial construction environment (fit out desired).
* Valid Australian Driver's License.
* Trade Qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Carpentry or Shop Fitting.
* OH&S White Card.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain.
* Full legal working rights in Australia.
