Job Title: Recruitment Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Partner to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building close relationships with local employers, understanding their workforce needs and supporting them to hire more people with a disability, injury or health condition.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. You will work collaboratively with our local teams to support employers in the Launceston and surrounding regions, providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their staffing needs.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers to understand their workforce needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
* Identify and develop new employer relationships, taking the time to understand their staffing requirements and providing bespoke recruitment solutions.
* Collaborate with Employment Consultants and Ongoing Support Consultants to build opportunities in relevant industries and provide post-placement support to participants and their employers.
* Achieve or exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate a high-performance approach to the role.


Requirements

* Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant fields are desirable.
* Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment and provision of post-placement support, will be highly regarded.
* Demonstrated experience in business development, account management or sales will be highly regarded.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Working knowledge of local employers and their recruitment demands.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
* Performance-focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs.
* Must hold a valid driver's license as travel throughout the region will be required.
