Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, & subcontractors
* Develop and implement construction schedules
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality
* Foster a positive, high performing, & collaborative working environment
* Keep on top of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project compliance
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on the Gold Coast.
* Delivered projects $50M+.
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
* Excellent leadership.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
* Values teamwork and camaraderie
