Health and Safety Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

* Assist in the preparation of comprehensive health and safety plans, policies, and procedures.
* Evaluate and ensure all sites are compliant with current quality regulations, industry standards, and legislative requirements.
* Provide training and guidance to team members and contractors on health and safety best practices, risk management, and incident investigation.
* Conduct regular reviews and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
* Investigate and report incidents promptly, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.

Requirements:
* Hold a minimum Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent.
* Have a minimum of 12 months' experience in an HSE role within the commercial new build construction industry.
* Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of current OH&S legislation, codes, and regulations.
