Job Description Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are l ooking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.

This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.
As a valued team member, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by: Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options Serving Food Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.
Shift details: Shifts available across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Rotating roster Monday to Sunday.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) required.
Additional shifts available as a bartender and/or barista (subject to change).
Hourly rates (excluding super): Monday – Friday: $***** per hour Saturday: $***** per hour Sunday: $***** per hour Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate: A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
Previous experience in a waitstaff or bar role.
A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
