The Opportunity: Assistant Director
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week
- Location: Ashgrove
- Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
- Compensation: Up to $37 per hour + super

Qualifications & Desirable Skills
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as an assistant director
- Coaching techniques to develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in planning
- High-level communication skills and professional manner in the workplace
- Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
- Current Queensland Blue Card
- Passion for a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children
Our Company
Queensland Childcare Services has been around for over 30 years and aims to be at the forefront of the Early Childhood Education sector. Our 24 centres offer a range of services including beach, bush, farm kindy, swimming, and Healthy Bodies Programs. The Woods Early Education Centre
Located in Ashgrove, just 250 metres from Ashgrove State School. The centre opened in January 1998 and cares for up to 90 children aged from birth to 5 years. We are passionate about sustainability and love exploring these practices with the children in our care.
