The Opportunity
We are currently on the look out for x2 experienced Admin Assistants to join our thriving clinic on a part-time basis. The successful candidates will be able to contribute a minimum of 20 hrs per week and provide flexibility as our clinic needs evolve. While the roles are based primarily at our Warragul clinic, they will also require the successful candidates to provide occasional coverage at our other sites located at Moe and Sale.
As our valued Admin Assistant, you'll be working alongside a supportive team, enjoying variety in your day-to-day tasks and fostering strong ties with our community members as the friendly face of our clinic.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Greeting clients with a warm and friendly smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Managing appointment bookings, client queries, and payments with efficiency and professionalism.
* Providing administrative support to our team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals.
* Assisting with clinic organisation, including maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.
* Handling phone and email correspondence promptly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* A genuine passion for customer service and helping people.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with practice management software is a bonus.
* Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
* Previous administration experience highly regarded!
