About the Role
As Acquisition Lead, you'll take full ownership of paid digital acquisition, with a strong performance foundation, and a mandate to diversify beyond SEM into new growth channels.
You'll manage budgets, lead testing, build creative briefs, optimise funnels, and be the go-to for performance insight. From SEM and SEO to Reddit, TikTok, and Meta, you'll help shape the next era of user acquisition across both B2C and B2B (roughly 80/20 split for now).
Perfect for someone who's both strategic and hands-on, and thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact roles.
Responsibilities
 * Own and optimise paid search campaigns (Google Ads is a must)
 * Explore, test, and scale new acquisition channels (Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
 * Drive experiments and conversion optimisation across the full funnel
 * Collaborate with in-house creative, CRM, product and analytics teams
 * Manage reporting, attribution, and weekly performance deep-dives
 * Support SEO strategy alongside agency partners
 * Bring creative ideas to the table and drive execution at speed
Requirements
 * 5+ years in digital acquisition or performance marketing
 * A Google Ads expert - you're in the tools, not just managing the numbers
 * Some experience launching and testing new paid channels
 * Confident in analytics, attribution and conversion measurement
 * Bonus points if you've worked in B2C, marketplace, or health/wellbeing industries
 * Strategic thinker, comfortable being the expert in the room
