Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Adelaide Area, with options for partial remote work. The Business Development Manager will spearhead client acquisition initiatives, maintain relationships with existing customers, and identify new market opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal teams to meet customer needs and revenue goals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Understanding of mining, quarrying, or construction industry sectors is a plus.
* Ability to develop strategic plans and execute sales initiatives effectively.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market trends.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Capability to work in a hybrid model, balancing office and remote work environments.
* Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
