Groundsperson Role
We are seeking a skilled Groundsperson to join our team and provide exceptional service to owners and guests at our beautiful Phillip Island property.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, including cleaning, gardening, and general care of landscape, nursery, and growth of plants. This will involve pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges, mowing and cutting grass and lawns, looking after plants and flowers, and managing irrigation systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests. If you have a strong understanding of gardening tools and equipment, knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety principles, and experience managing a hobby farm or similar environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
