About the Role
Supporting the effective delivery of our Queensland Community Support Services (QCSS), the QCSS Compliance and Reporting Coordinator will manage the onboarding process for new QCSS clients from a range of backgrounds including people with disabilities, mental health conditions, drug and alcohol addiction, complex behaviours, and people at risk of homelessness.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively across teams to onboard new clients, ensuring compliance with funding and legislative standards while driving continuous improvement of services.
You will play a vital role in maintaining service quality through providing training and ongoing support to staff to deliver the best possible care to the people we support.
This is a Permanent Full Time opportunity, working remotely from home anywhere in Queensland.
There may be occasional travel required to meet business needs and for auditing purposes.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the full onboarding process of new QCSS clientsConduct regular audits of client files, assessing quality of services and contractual complianceMonitor QCSS program performance, including KPIs, reporting and ways to improve service deliveryDevelop and maintain systems to support efficient program operations and administrationEnsure consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned with legislative and funding standardsProvide training and support to Care Coordinators to maintain service quality and required department standardsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders on reporting, development, and improvement initiativesSkills & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in relevant human services area or relevant experienceUnderstanding of QCSS funding and service deliveryAbility to understand and interpret contractual requirementsConfidence in utilising a variety of technology including mobile devices and computersProficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and database systemsAbility to effectively build relationships with diverse stakeholdersStrong communication skills and confidence in delivering trainingAbility to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced environmentA current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence, reliable vehicle and a willingness to travelSuccessful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and complete an Aged Care Statutory Declaration.
