Skillinvest is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team in a casual part-time role, working with a well-regarded government business.
Duties:
 * Respond to customer requests, enquiries and complaints
 * Maintain and update customer database
 * Assist customers with paperwork/registration forms
 * Cash handling and receipting duties
 * Provide general administrative/office support to various corporate divisions
Requirements:
 * Excellent customer service skills
 * Administrative skills and experience
 * Proficient with MS Office Suite
 * Experience using finance programs (desirable)
 * Current Police Check
What is on offer:
 * Casual part-time position Mon, Tues & Thurs 8:30AM - 5:00PM
 * Immediate start available
 * Attractive hourly rate of $37.43 p/h
