Our client, a major Qld Government Department is seeking multiple Service Officers to be part of their call centre located in Southport.
About the role
Engaging with clients to provide a timely and supportive service to a high standard
Executing proactive debt collection methods to support clients in meeting their obligations to commit to payment.
Offering a high level of customer service by providing accurate and consistent information and / or education to clients.
Effectively take appropriate actions to recover outstanding debts within the guidelines.
About you
Strong customer service focus
Debt Collection / Banking / Sales experience would be highly regarded
Excellent computer literacy
Strong communication / negotiation skills
