The hr manager position is a key strategic and operational leadership role, managing hands-on tasks and collaborating on long-term initiatives.
You will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies, as well as payroll administration and staff leave management.
Additionally, you will advise on ir/er matters, coordinate performance management processes, and employee engagement and health management programs.
