As a seasoned Insurance Professional, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with assigned clients, fostering trust and understanding their insurance needs and objectives. Your expertise in insurance products, risk management strategies, and industry trends will enable you to provide guidance and collaborate with colleagues, underwriters, and claims teams to address client enquiries and complaints.
You will work closely with a small team, reporting to the Managing Director, and will be responsible for providing guidance, supervision, mentoring, and training to team members. To excel in this role, you will need to have experience in commercial general insurance, preferably with rural experience, and hold Tier 1 and 2 certification in general insurance or be able to obtain it. Police/ASIC clearance is also required.
