The position
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Trainee Administrator to join our team.
It is a full-time role based at our Mansfield office, working within a friendly and supportive team.
The duties may include:
Assisting our estimators with quoting.
Liaising with internal and external customers.
Assisting the Product Support, Training and Service Teams.
General administration and clerical duties.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a willingness to complete, or be currently completing, a Certificate III Business Administration.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Have organisational and time-management skills.
Be self-motivated and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Have some Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A keen eye for accuracy particularly in reviewing data and numbers.
Friendly, can-do attitude who will openly communicate and ask questions.
