Are you passionate about improving health outcomes and driving engagement in health programs? We're looking for a proactive Health Services Coordinator to help bring our health strategy to life. In this exciting role, you'll work closely with the Health Strategy Manager to deliver impactful initiatives that support the wellbeing of our contributors across Peoplecare and NHBA.

About The Role – Health Services Coordinator
As a Health Services Coordinator, you'll be a key player in bringing our health strategy to life—supporting the delivery of programs that make a real difference in the lives of our contributors. Working alongside the Health Strategy Manager, you'll support initiatives that boost health literacy, improve wellbeing, and increase engagement across Peoplecare and NHBA.
This role is a dynamic blend of coordination, communication, and collaboration. You'll assist in launching new health programs, support marketing efforts to promote services, and ensure contributors are informed and empowered to take charge of their health. From managing data and reporting to liaising with providers and internal teams, you'll help keep our health services running smoothly and effectively.
You'll also play a vital role in governance and compliance, ensuring all activities align with regulatory standards and internal policies. Your ability to manage systems, streamline processes, and maintain strong relationships—both internally and externally—will be essential to your success.
