As a Trainee Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, team leadership, and P&L management, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for both tourists and locals. This is your chance to lead a talented team, and deliver exceptional service.

Key skills & experience:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager, ideally in supermarkets or high-volume retail
* A strong understanding of both front and back-of-house operations
* Experience in leading and developing teams to achieve success
* A solid grasp of financial's - managing GP, sales, budgets, and wages
* A passion for exceptional customer service
* Ability to ensure compliance with food safety standard
* Strong communication, organisational skills
* RSA and Approved Manager certifications (advantageous but not mandatory)
