Human Factors Advisor Job Opportunity
Job Description:
Aurizon is seeking a Human Factors Advisor to join their Safety, Health, Environment and Learning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in human factors, psychology or safety.
* Provide specialist advice and support on human factors and fatigue risk management.
* Partner with operations and safety teams to identify and manage human performance risks.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of Aurizon's Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS).
