This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys building strong customer partnerships, and wants the autonomy to run a branch like their own business — with the support of a trusted national brand behind them.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Full ownership of branch performance, profitability and growth
* Driving sales, customer engagement and local market presence
* Leading, coaching and developing a small, capable team
* Embedding strong operational standards and service excellence
* Identifying and executing local growth opportunities
* Strengthening relationships with trade customers and suppliers
About you:
* Proven experience in branch management, business management or senior operational leadership
* Background in plumbing, trade wholesale, construction, electrical or a related sector (highly regarded)
* Strong people leader who leads from the front
* Commercially astute with a clear focus on performance outcomes
* Comfortable with autonomy and accountable decision-making
* Motivated by ownership, impact and long-term success
