You are a future-focused individual who will bring to this role experience with risk and project implementation including tracking project timelines and managing a piece of work from end to end.
Your ability to view problems holistically will allow you to provide recommendations to drive improvement to processes resulting in reduced risk and better outcomes for the Bank.
Your strengths in stakeholder engagement and relationship building enable you to influence other teams and lead effective change.
You are confident to engage with internal stakeholders and leadership to assist the delivery of the Groups action plan deliverables and you are able to proactively identify opportunities to improve product controls and processes.
You are comfortable to co-ordinate external engagements (ASIC/ACCC) and support the preparation of papers and submissions as required. You will be the centre point of Products involvement in gathering information and compiling responses.
As a Product & Improvement Manager you'll get to:
- Support other Product and Analysis areas to prepare business cases for new products or enhancements to products in consultation with the Senior Manager for presentation to Senior leadership for approval and prioritisation
- Constantly review products, processes and policies to capture and implement opportunities for improvements in line with the Product Lifecycle Framework
- Be an advocate of and embed the Product Lifecycle Framework
- Share information and updates with fellow Product Managers (Development) in monthly forums
- Manage the implementation of process improvements and internal initiatives across Products and Analysis
- Identify impacts of transformation initiatives on the Products team including identification and management of all Products tasks and appropriate timeframes to ensure successful implementations
