What's the role?
Design Execution: Deliver high-quality, user-centred design work across journeys and platforms.
At senior levels, lead complex initiatives and drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces.
Collaboration & Influence: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Communicate design rationale, influence direction, and bring others on the journey—always with a focus on business value and user needs.
Research & Insights: Use data and research to inform design decisions.
Lead or support research activities, synthesize findings, and measure the impact of your work.
Design Systems & AI Integration: Contribute to and evolve our enterprise design system (GEL), ensuring it's robust, scalable, and AI-ready.
Champion best practices and continuous improvement.
Mentorship & Community: Share knowledge, mentor peers, and actively participate in our internal design community.
Help uplift team capability and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
Strategic Partnership: Support or lead strategic initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to business partners and helping shape the future of our products and services.
What do I need?
Passion for iconic, user-centred design and a drive to set new standards.
Experience using data and research to inform and measure design decisions.
Comfort working with and learning from AI tools.
Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the business.
Commitment to continuous learning, mentorship, and community contribution.
