**PURPOSE**:
The
**CRM Product Tech Lead **will provide functional leadership and Governance for Customer Relationship Platform (CRM) - Salesforce platforms. This position is a recognised expert within the team supporting the enterprise CRM portfolio and applies deep broad functional and platform knowledge of technology and industry trends for CRM systems (Salesforce).
**PROFESSIONAL / TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES**:
- Extensive CRM (Salesforce) product experience with a broad range of technical leadership experience, within the insurance and/or the banking/financial services sector.
- Extensive experience CRM business requirement, solution design and or Salesforce implementation experience as a senior functional consultant.
- Demonstrated experience towards design and development of medium to large scale CRM (Salesforce) or technology deployments.
- Experience as a Salesforce functional lead and or Product lead.
- A broad range of hands on experience with running requirement workshop, architecture, design, development and leading team as a SCRUM master.
- Ability to understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution.
- Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce platform as a functional lead.
- Able to communicate technology concepts to business people with a focus on business value and benefit.
