About the Sales Role

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth while supporting daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to connect customers with their needs.
* Cultivate strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new releases and innovations.
* Participate in daily team meetings to stay aligned with colleagues and management.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.


Product Knowledge and Training

We invest in our team members' ongoing training and development to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to excel in this role.


Store Operations

* Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including operating point-of-sale systems and completing end-of-day tasks.
* Support inventory management, including performing cycle counts and maintaining accurate records.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including showroom and back-of-house areas.
