About The Role
We're welcoming applications from individuals who are adaptable and ready to make a meaningful contribution to our team. Our Administration Assistants provide onsite support across a variety of non-clinical areas. In this casual role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of the department you're assigned to. To support our coverage needs, you'll be available at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday. As this is a casual role, shifts are not guaranteed and workdays may change between assignments. To be considered for this role, you must be living in the Ballarat region.
Application Requirements

* Be able to provide a minimum of 2 referees: 1 being your current direct manager and the other(s) an additional manager or supervisor
Key Responsibilities
* Providing a high standard of administrative support
* Accurate data entry into required software systems
* Maintain accurate availability and accepting shifts based on availability
* Flexibility to work across a variety of locations and shift times
* Participate in annual performance reviews
* Commitment to ongoing mandatory education

* Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative and respectful approach
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Proficient in computer use with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities
* Ability to work well within a team environment
* Demonstrated person centred care and respectful approach to patients, visitors and staff
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
* Current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
