Operations Coordinator Air And Sea Role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional customer service and processing data with high accuracy
* Preparing import/export documentation for international shipments in accordance with regulations
* Liaising with government agencies such as the Australian Border Force and the Department of Agriculture
* Managing invoicing and payment collections from customers
* Arranging international and domestic courier/road freight jobs
* Liaising with logistics partners on incoming/outgoing freight
* Liaising with shipping companies for transhipment details and cargo release documents
* Liaising with transport companies for import and export deliveries
Requirements
* 1-2 years experience in Cargowise or similar systems
* 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work independently and effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Team player
