Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Qualified Stonemason to join our skilled and dedicated team.
About the role:
This is a hands‐on position where craftsmanship is key. You will be cutting, shaping, installing, and repairing natural and manufactured stone across a variety of projects, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Interpreting plans and specifications
* Cutting, shaping, polishing, and fitting stone
* Constructing walls, pillars, arches, and retaining structures
* Repairing and restoring existing stonework
* Ensuring precision, alignment, and structural integrity
* Maintaining a safe and clean worksite
What we're looking for:
* Trade qualification (Cert III/IV in Stonemasonry) or relevant industry experience
* 2–3+ years of hands‐on experience
* Strong knowledge of traditional and modern techniques
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Good understanding of WHS requirements
