THE ROLE - HVAC Project Manager
The HVAC Project Manager oversees all aspects of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects, from initial planning and design to final installation and closeout. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform field coordination of all HVAC trades
- Review material and equipment submittals and release for fabrication
- Prepare change order scopes and pricing
- Attend on-site job meetings
- Prepare monthly billing
- Review subcontractor and vendor invoicing
- Write business correspondence via both email and letters
- Prepare close out documentation
Requirements
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager
- Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
- A deep understanding of various HVAC systems, equipment, and technologies
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when working with construction managers, general contractors, and owners
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, including field personnel and subcontractors
- Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during a project
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $60,000-$100,000
