Offer description

We are seeking an organised and reliable administration coordinator to support the scheduling and administration of pool builds. This role is office-based and focused on keeping projects running smoothly through strong organisation and communication. You'll manage schedules, paperwork, and communication with clients & trades, playing a key role in keeping projects on track.

A minimum of 6-12 months administration or office support experience is required for this coordination role.


Key Responsibilities

* Basic computer skills proficiency is essential for coordinating build schedules and managing project timelines.
* Construction or trade industry experience is preferred but not essential.
* Liaising with clients regarding appointments & progress.
* Updating internal systems & tracking project stages.
* Managing job files, documents, and invoices.
