Effective Relationship Manager
The Role
This dynamic role will see you establishing and maintaining effective relationships with our partner sales agents, working closely with our Directors of the business and project managers to assist in making sales through exceptional customer service and fostering existing and new relationships.
You will successfully achieve this by:
1. Establishing a strong platform for partner agents to make sales in allocated projects.
2. Presenting all facets of your allocated projects to partner agents, being their 'go-to person' for all queries.
4. Assisting in coordinating partner agent events to promote allocated projects and Colliers brand.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. A strong Agents Representative Certificate and/or Real Estate Licence.
2. A basic knowledge of the Melbourne property market and/or off-the-plan project sales.
3. Exemplary written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
4. A proactive, team-oriented attitude, including a high level of enthusiasm and initiative.
